A Time to Change

Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us that there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven.  I love this verse in the Bible and cling to the hope it brings when the is change that I don't understand. But, I also love it for the hope it brings me when I need a change and the inspiration that there is a purpose for the coming change.

What is my coming change?  Well, first off it needs to start with one step and hopefully continue with a full out run! 

One Step at a Time

A couple of weeks ago, I bought a treadmill from my neighbor and started using it.  OK, well I used it a couple of times.  My one step needs to last at least 20 minutes on that machine daily!  But more importantly than that I need to be better at all things that need my attention - in otherwords, I need to change.

The change needs to start today -
